Negative:
#4 - The colouring used makes the icon too bright. The whiteness of Xander's face contrasted against the darkness of his hair and background is too sharp. The text is nice and well placed though.

4 - excellent use of text and blur technique but subject is a bit overexposed

4 - xanders face is oversharpened with a slightly high contrast

#04- the focus of the image appears overexposed, particularly the eyes and forehead

Positive:
#4 - The colors are nice and bright, and the text fits well with the image.
